This competition was established by Scottish Schools Pipe and Drum Trust (SSPDT) and the main aim of the event is to showcase the talent of young musicians from across Scotland.
As ever, Dollar Academy’s Pipe Bands performed exceptionally well, with our Novice Juvenile A Band and Juvenile Band placing first in their respective categories, meaning that out of 152 schools, Dollar has finished first in the top and second categories! A fantastic success for the Pipe Band, who are now preparing for a busy season of competitions.
