Some commendations include, Kara Shiels in goal, who managed two excellent saves in the penalties; Amy Salmon, who was voted by the opposition coaches to form part of the ‘team of the tournament’ and Lucy Smith, who during the final with Methodist College scored a fantastic goal to equalise before Dollar won the match through penalties.

Lynsey Allan, Director of Hockey said:

“I am delighted for the girls, this will give them a huge confidence boost as we prepare for the Scottish Cup. They played some excellent Hockey across the two days and more importantly their performance improved from one game to the next. We are still without Captain and Scotland U18, Eve Pearson due to injury, so we look forward to having her back in action.”
